“I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.””
John 16:33 NLT
Going through sometimes means just that… going THROUGH.
(Singing) “trouble in my way, I have to cry sometimes, trouble in my way, I have to cry sometimes, I lay awake at night, but that’s alright, JESUS HE WILL FIX IT, AFTER WHILE.”
As I live, this song, which I hold it close, I never had to really rely on it and understand it for me until I had to cry sometimes, and lay awake at night. It was then at that moment that this song came to me. It was then when I realized that it’s okay to cry SOMETIMES. It was then when I knew laying awake is apart of the process. It was also then that the latter words of this song rang true for me. What I had to understand about this song and what really made me be able to sleep at night and able to still go through with a smile on my face
HERE IT IS…
JESUS WILL FIX IT, (WHEN) AFTER WHILE… And that’s good enough for me. When I sang this song after hearing my mother sing it in the kitchen, the car, the living room, the laundry room, I realized I had never really heard it until I had to go through it.
You never know what something means until you have to do it yourself. I have had to push my way though stuff without a tangible way, or explanation as to how it would workout. Solely on the premises of that song JESUS WILL FIX IT AFTER WHILE…
What do you need Jesus to fix for you?
What do you need from him?
I encourage you all to have faith to say this your self. Sing this song
Trouble in my way, I have to cry sometimes, trouble in my way, I have to cry sometimes, l lay awake at night, but that’s alright,
JESUS HE WILL FIX IT AFTER WHILE
