It’s possible

I CANNOT STAND MOVING…
Everyone has had the experience of moving from what place to another. Whether it was a small move or a all out move, we all have experienced it before. I can recall one moment I had to move out of one place and my new place was not ready yet. Not only did I have to find a temporary location to live, but I also had to place my personal things in storage. While putting my things in storage I had to go through the things I had to get, you know the essential things, out that I needed day to day. Even though I didn’t have my things they were still mine they were just stored away until my new place was ready.

HERE IT IS…

I feel that’s how God teaches us and shows us just who he is. During this time of transition or moving in your life, God may need you to take just the essentials with you and leave the rest of the stuff stored up with him. Sometimes God needs you to focus on what he is teaching you and may need to take somethings away so you can. Just because they are gone doesn’t mean you don’t have them anymore. In fact God may just be storing them up and even making them better than they were before. Don’t get mad or upset at the move, and the fact that you have to be temporarily placed. But focus on the teaching in the transition…

Don’t fear

“Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭41‬:‭10‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Yesterday I was talking with my sister and my nephew while I was at my moms house. My nephew started to list the things he was fearful of. Mind you this is while we were watching Jurassic World. He starts off with, “you know what I fear…” as he starts to list the things that he fears, I noticed that the things that he listed that he fears were nothing imaginary. In fact the things that he feared were things that actually were there to help him.

HERE IT IS…

Often times the things that we fear are not the things that are imaginary or things that are million to one chance. It’s actually the things that are a direct result of what we do. One of the things my nephew said he was fearful of was me, but he knows that it’s only if he doesn’t do was he is supposed to do. If you don’t put your best effort into it you will always be afraid of failing. In fact you set yourself up for failure because of your fear. But if I could encourage you that with God in your side you will win regardless. He will strengthen you and help you and hold you up with His victorious right hand.

Jesu is for everybody

“And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭19‬ ‭NLT‬‬

We often times as Christians are faced with an encounter with other people who don’t believe in Christ. They have been hurt by the church or something has happened to them to make them believe that he is cruel. Sometimes we may be faced with those people who like to test your faith and patience. If you haven’t yet had that encounter and experience with them you need to get ready because it’s coming. I had someone ask me how should they go about helping others to understand how good God is?

HERE IT IS…

I tell them a little about myself and my story. I don’t have criminal record, but I should. I don’t have any felonies, but I should. I don’t have any gun shot wounds, but I should. I don’t have a history of drug abuse or alcohol addiction, but I should. I don’t kids out here losing their mind because I wasn’t there, but I could have.
Then I say,
And This Same God that did it for me CAN and WILL do it for you. Supply ALL your needs FROM HIS RICHES. Which was given to us through Jesus Christ.

Coming out

“The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭10‬:‭13‬ ‭NLT‬‬

I cannot remember the last time I have been to a haunted house. As a kid I went all the time with my older siblings and we had a ball. Standing in the line and listening to other people scream and coming out scared. Some running out screaming. Some coming out laughing. Some coming out in shock. But I always noticed that there was another exit in a different location. Where people would come out if they had hurt or injured.

HERE IT IS…

What you’re going through may feel like it is a lot. What you are having to deal with may feel as if you cannot handle it. It may feel like there is nothing that you can do to get out. You can and you will come out. What God has put on you is because you can handle it. Just like the haunted house you’re getting ready to come out. You are going to come out with a better understanding. A better idea. A better sense of wisdom. But you will come out because he has made a way of escape. Just keep going.

He sees what you say

“Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭19‬:‭14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“It’s written all over your face…” a famous song and a well known saying. Meaning that even though you don’t speak a word, I can guess by the way your face looks, what you’re thinking at that moment. Something that I have watched for years from my parents. As a child when my mom gave me that look. She didn’t say a word but she was speaking very loudly. When my dad gave me a look. He was speaking verbally but I understood what he said. When me and my sisters and brother get together, we talk way more than what you think. I can look at my wife and know what she thinks before she can say a word.

HERE IT IS…

Before you speak the words are formed in your mind to say. Which means that you may have had prior feelings and thoughts on it that connects to your heart. Just because you didn’t verbally say it God still heard it. So be careful what you say with your words through your mouth. Be careful what you say with your words through your thoughts. Even be careful about what you meditate on. Or in other words think about a lot. Because even though you have not said a word you want it to be pleasing in HIS sight. He sees what you say even when you’re not speaking.

Own it

“Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. Everything in the heavens and on earth is yours, O Lord, and this is your kingdom. We adore you as the one who is over all things.”
‭‭1 Chronicles‬ ‭29‬:‭11‬ ‭NLT‬‬

I have owned some things in my life. Nothing compares to being able to be your own home owner to me right now. That was the greatest feeling to be able to have what I need and be in position to buy my own home. It is one of the best feelings to have something that you don’t have to call someone else to come fix and repair something. Even with all the things that I have owned I know that God has more for me.

HERE IT IS…

Not only does he own everything in the heavens and the earth. The Bible says that he IS, greatness, power, glory, victory, and majesty. Did you get it? Not only does he own heaven and earth! He IS GREATNESS, POWER, GLORY, VICTORY, and MAJESTY. Which means not only are you connected the God who owns EVERYTHING. But, you’re connected to the God who passes his attributes to you as well. Walk in greatness. Walk in power. Give him glory. Because you have the victory. Because of his majesty.

It is coming

“So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
‭‭James‬ ‭4‬:‭7‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse…

In all of this, Job did not sin by blaming God.
Job 1:22 NLT

I encourage you to read the whole first chapter of job so that you can see what worse looks like. We have heard this story a lot and there is no way to describe what Job was feeling when this happen. There is no way to begin to fathom what Job was thinking in this present time. We have all said and experienced the “if it’s not one thing, it’s another” factor in our life. We all have had those years, months, weeks, days, hours where we think to ourselves that it just can’t get any worse than this. Those times where money is short and bills are due, people sick, people dying, car acting up, house is damaged. We all come to that place to where we think it can’t get any worse, and then it does. My question to you. Then what?
What do you do when it does get worse?
What do you do when the bad news keeps coming?
What do you do when that person does die?
What do you do?

HERE IT IS…

But Job replied, “You talk like a foolish woman. Should we accept only good things from the hand of God and never anything bad?” So in all this, Job said nothing wrong.
Job 2:10 NLT
Don’t be so quick to blame God for all the things that go wrong when he is in fact building you up. Job is a great example of how God will ALLOW things to happen, but in the end bless you with more than what you had. Sometimes it takes God taking us through somethings to remove somethings from us because we hold them so dear just to bless us with what he wanted us to have anyway. He is the author and the finisher of everything. So why think that he does not do things for a reason. So when you think to yourself just when I think it can’t get any worse, say to your self and soul that,
There is greater on the way….

Rock

“The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭18‬:‭2‬ ‭NLT‬‬

National Geographic says, “There are three main types of rocks: sedimentary, igneous, and metamorphic. Each of these rocks are formed by physical changes—such as melting, cooling, eroding, compacting, or deforming—that are part of the rock cycle.”
These rocks that are formed are a product of their environment. The come out looking the way that they do because they have been through the process of one of the three types. The ability to shape the rocks are also in direct correlation to the type and environment they have been through.

HERE IT IS…

I am not sure what you are going through in your life. The truth is the rocks are formed by immense pressure, heat, and cooling. However some are formed because of existing elements around them and take on their properties and they become one. Then you have some that formed because of eruptions and explosions. If it’s things are exploding or your taking on other peoples issues, maybe you’re in some situations that have you under a lot of pressure. Just remember you have a rock that you can depend on. 3 in 1 that will be able to bring you out as something that you would have never thought of before. Go to the ROCK!

Fight

“Fight the good fight for the true faith. Hold tightly to the eternal life to which God has called you, which you have declared so well before many witnesses.”
‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭6‬:‭12‬ ‭NLT‬‬

“Fight. Fight. Fight.” That’s what they used to say when there was a fight brewing. Everyone gathered around and hyped the others up. Instigated the words of the other person. Pushing them into each other trying to make them fight. “Ooooooo he in your face.” “Baddest one hit my hand.” All in the presence of everyone. What do you do when you’re pushed to fight? What do you do when you have been put in a position to make a decision to fight or flight?

HERE IT IS…

You, prepare for battle. But not just anyway. Of course being in physical shape is one way. But you have to be in spiritual shape as well. There will be instigators. There will be people pushing you. There will be others who will try to make things worse than what it is. That’s when you hold tightly to the eternal life God has called you too and that you have declared in front of the others. While you prepare for battle and to fight also know that you have God who is fighting for you and with you. Punch when He says punch. Duck when He says duck. He will make sure that you will be come victorious.

Get up

“And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭5‬:‭14‬ ‭NLT‬‬

When I was 17 I had a 1983 Ford Bronco “ronco for short “. Orange and tan and mine. Loved the truck alot and still want another one. I loved the body style, the room inside, the 4 wheel drive and the big boy engine. This thing had a 405 carburetor engine, and when it started oh the sound just gave me goose bumbs. But as it started to get older I had to do more just to get it going in the morning especially when it was cold. I had to get up extra early just to get it started. Go out step on the gas pedal 3 times, turn the swtich on let it prime the fuel pump and then start it. If I was lucky it started some times I would have to mess with the choke and open it all the way open and adjust it once it started to make sure I didnt flood it or use all my gas lol.

HERE IT IS…

I know its hard some times just to get up in the morning because it feels like your not making any progress. I know that bills may be causing your headaches. I know that your child/ren may be driving you crazy. Or maybe you are having issues at home with the wife/husband and every morning there is no connection there. Well I am here to tell you that sometimes you have to get up a little extra early to prime your day/issues. Get up and get in your SJG31(Spirit/Jesus/God 3=1) car, take out your key(your bible) and and step on the gas (pray) step on it once for James 5:16. Step on it again for Matt 6:33, and then again for Deut 31:6. If that dont work some times you just got to stay there until the devil starts to feel your choke and sometimes you have to flood your carburetor(heart) with Gods word to choke the devil out. But dont worry youll never run out of gas as long as you know who the supplier is…..
